Warranty Policy
Authentic Parts provides a one (1) year warranty, from the date of shipment, covering defects in material and workmanship of all equipment. All new mailboxes for new construction carry a five (5) year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty guarantees factory replacement and/or repair of all defective items, excluding freight and un-install and re-installation. This warranty does not cover improper installations, misuse or minor repairs by the customer and user. We make no other warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
