Warranty Policy
Authentic Parts provides a one (1) year warranty, from the date of shipment, covering defects in material and workmanship of all equipment. All new mailboxes for new construction carry a five (5) year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty guarantees factory replacement and/or repair of all defective items. This warranty does not cover improper installations, misuse or minor repairs by the customer and user. We make no other warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
