Qualifications: Price must appear in a current published catalog and must be accurate, not a catalog error. Price must be presented to Authentic Parts 15 days from the date of the sales transaction. Item must be the identical name brand and model number with the same included equipment and accessories. Item must be in stock and quantities must be equal. This guarantee excludes non-stocked, discontinued, internet-auction and closeout items. Authentic Parts reserves the right to limit quantities.
Authentic Parts is obligated to charge sales tax on all orders in the states of NY, NJ, IL, CA, KS, MD, UT and FL. If your company is exempt from Sales tax in these states a copy of your state resale certificate must be on file with Authentic Parts. Resale Certificates may be sent to Authentic Parts customer service.

Order Acceptance
Your business is always appreciated at Authentic Parts and every customer is important to us. Each order placed with us is handled in a quick and efficient manner. We process orders placed by 12:00 PM EST for same day shipment. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST are processed for next business day shipment or as soon as possible in the case of custom or engraved orders. We accept orders for shipment to all 50 United States as well as to Puerto Rico and Canada. Some orders may be oversized or in some manner require special shipment. Freight charges online are therefore an estimate and the exact shipping charge may vary from those shown online. For an exact quotation please call us. In rare instances, if we determine after receipt of an order that we cannot fulfill your requirements, we reserve the right to cancel. This reservation is made without prejudice to any individual or company, and we will always act fairly and in the best interest of all of our customers.
Engraved Orders
If any item that you order includes engraving you may enter the details for engraving onto your order during the checkout process. You will be given an opportunity to either enter the information online or attach a list that you have already prepared. A written or typed engraving list is required. A copy of this form is also located on the download page which can be reached by clicking on the download tab at the top of this page. You may also email us at info@authenticparts.com or fax us at (631) 563-5853. Please consult the product detail pages for the type and availability of engraving for each product. Pricing if applicable may vary from product to product and is displayed on each product page as well. Engraved orders are custom made and may not be returned under any circumstances.
Custom Orders
The Authentic Parts Shopping Cart has been designed to make ordering very easy. Most product options are displayed as drop down boxes with their options and pricing shown. Please feel free to call us with any questions that you may have. Custom orders may not be returned.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is due with each order unless you have established a distributor account for your company.
