vario™, the world's first 4C configurable mail shelter, originated from the desire for more architecturally pleasing design options for centralized delivery - the U.S. Postal Service's preferred method of mail delivery for new developments. By adding your own roofing and siding materials, the vario allows design and building professionals the flexibility and opportunity to personalize the final product for full integration within the neighborhood and surrounding architecture.  The pre-engineered shelter kit comes complete with Hilti anchors to secure the mail shelter to your existing concrete pad.  Florence Manufacturing also makes it possible to create a true community gathering area, by providing additional site amenities and options.  Built to the 2006 International Building Code Standards, the vario even offers an option to meet 150 mph wind reistance rating.
